Shipping

If you want to make a purchase, please read this carefully as it will help you understand how your item is shipped.

Over the past few years we have literally done it all when it comes to deliveries. Difficult deliveries in remote areas have come to be almost routine.

One of the most beneficial features of our products is the ease in which they are moved. Most of the time all the necessary pieces for your project fit on one of our trucks. This saves you hundreds even thousands in shipping. Whether it be in Canada, the US or somewhere else in the world, we've got you covered. Give us a call and we will be pleased to tell you what we can do for you !

We have delivered using the following methods. If you need assistance organizing delivery, we can help !

Truck /Boat / Barge / Helicopter

By hand - Yes many of our kits are carried in to remote locations by hand power.

We specialize in LOW IMPACT deliveries. Too often this may seem irrelevant until the delivery time comes and your delivery person or contractor needs your favorite trees moved.

We also provide an installation service for those who prefer to have their project professionally installed.

How far can you deliver or ship, how does it work?

We can ship anywhere in the world ( providing it's possible ) and have shipped from the lower east coast of the US to as far as Alaska and everywhere in between. Most of our shipments go by way of common carrier, many of which you may have heard of and even used. We use , My Yellow, Reimer Roadway, Van Kam and Manitoulin to name a few. Once you have decided on what you want, we need a full address to get a quote .

From there, we get the best rate we can for you by seeing which of these carriers has the best price for your size and weight of package. Some carriers have routes that are very common for them but not others so a better price is negotiated with these carriers. Then we give you a quote to the nearest Depot. Home delivery is an extra cost, and therefore it is often cheaper to pick it up yourself. It is a decision that everyone has to make for themselves based on how far the depot is away, whether they have a truck and trailer ( if the trailer is needed) and help etc. We recommend getting a seperate quote for home delivery to see if it's worth the extra money.

If you have any questions, feel free to drop us a line anytime and we'll see what we can do to help you.
